I am stuck. I am trying to find out what my FTP Host Address is along with
my FTP user ID and FTP password. Where do I find this info on my computer?

If you have the windows FTP service running on your pc (I don't but you can
install it via control panel > add remove programs > add/remove windows
components, and its under Internet Information Services) then your host
address is the name of your pc, and your id and password are your normal
windows username and password.

If on the other hand you are trying to connect to an FTP server running on
any other machine then you will need to contact the administrator of that
machine/server to get these details. For example if publishing updates to a
website then the web provider will have given you all these details.

Hope this helps.
