i used my disc that i got with my pc to set everything back to like the day i
got it.
and i downloaded everything back on my pc such as grafix card wireless mouse
and stuff but i backed up some files on disc and i cant get them back on my
pc.
also im haveing thing freeze and blank on my pc.

please help

during and after reset, did you protect your pc from attack until proper
security updates and firewall, virus protection are in place?

or did you reset while connect to internet or network "naked" as un
protected and as exposed to Trojans, virus, worms!
