Check settings in Internet Options> General.
Accessibility: Remove check from "ignore colors specified on web pages."
If "Format documents using my style sheet" is enabled, check the content of
the .CSS document that you designated for this setting. If you did not/do
not use a style sheet, leave box unchecked
Colors: A check next to "use Windows colors" is a default setting.
