I have got a new monitor when I plugged it in the picture on the screen
doesnt fit the whole screen like my other monitor did please can anyone help,

They are controls on the actual monitor and not through the computer. Monitor
controls vary by manufacturer but check for positioning and OSD settings.
Check the manufacturer's website if you need better details.
