Using XP Home-

I am set up as administrator, yet I no longer have 'rights', even when
signing on as administrator in safe mode.

Even right click Start, explore all users, I do see a bunch listed.. there
is an administrator, and administrator.vinniecompaq, as well as Vinnie
Rinaldi.VINNIE.

In addition to finding the real administrator, it also seems some cleaning
up is also in order.. how do I figure out which is the administrator, which
is not, and clean up the rest.. I only need myself and a safe mode
administrator... (only if that is a necessary xp component- if not, I need
only me...)
