Hi

I'm having problems getting Help and Support working. I went to use
it the other day only to find clicking on the icon achieved nothing. So I
search the web for an answer. I came across FixWinXPHelp and after reading
the web page thought I'd found the solution to my problem as it described my
issue exactly. But on downloading the file and running the program I was
dismayed to find FixWinXPHelp could not fix my problem. It happily informed
me that the Registry had been checked and the relevant entries were correct
and that it could not repair Help and Support. So I've gone back to
searching the web and been directed here. Hope someone can help.
