Help and support - Windows Vista
Posted by Trixie on February 2nd, 2008

When I click on help and support on the menu, I get a message saying
"Internet explorer cannot dowloand / from help. Internet explorer was not
able to open this internet site. The requested site is unavailable or cannot
be found. Please try again later." This happens whether I am connected to
the internet or not. How can I change the setting to read help off the
computer?

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...plorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities...orer. general
