Help! When recording from audio input (or internet streams), slow audio playback.: Posted by Dav on February 20th, 2006; Hi,

When I record from the audio input (or from internet streams), the
audio playback is slow.
Other sound files sound normal but when my machine (a year old) records
the audio it playback slow. I checked for updated drivers via device
manager but no updates.

This use to happen from time to time but it is happening all the time
now.

What could be causing this?

Try using a different recording program.
