When im using ebay this comes up down the bottom of page and ebay is so slow
the little adverts on the page come up as the page cannot be displayed i need
help it say windows\system32\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm... I have no idea of
what this means.

I was getting the same error, shortly after I installed PC-Cillin 2006
Virus software.
I was un-able to use the internet.
I found somewhere in Goolge Groups (using a differenct PC) that I
should turn off the firewall in my virus scanning software. That fixed
the problem, but I don't know why.
