- Help - Windows Update & Windows Media Player both stopped working
- Posted by Jim on February 16th, 2008
Just discovered that my Windows Media Player 11 no longer works - it appears
to load but then nothing.
I then downloaded the file and re-installed it - same problem.
To make matters worse, I seem to have lost Windows Update capability. When I
click on "Windows Update" the page displayed at windowsupdate.microsoft.com
is just blank.
My 3 other computers on my LAN work fine.
Suggestions please!!!
Windows XP Pro on all systems
