- Hotmail and juno won't work

I have both hotmail and juno email accounts (and an msn messenger account)
and for about the last month i have been unable to access either account
through this computer. It's fine on other computers, but won't work on this
one. The only changes in the computer was an expiration of norton anti virus,
which i recently deleted. I tried going back to the way the computer was in
setup in early Dec. before this issue came up, scanning for viruses,
everything. Nothing is working and I'm going crazy by not being able to
access eithe eamil account. Cany anyone out there please help me?

You deleted Norton or sucessfully uninstalled it? I don't know much about
Norton, don't care to, but if it was set to scan your e-mail and you just
delete some of its files then it could possibly be the cause. Disable AV
scanning of your mail by Norton. You should have some sort of AV installed
and when you fix your problem you can re-enable e-mail scanning. Here is

Open Internet Explorer click on tools > internet options > programs tab.
What's your default mail handler? If it's neither of the ones you want can
you change it? Do you use Outlook to handle your mail?
Do you get any errors? What other stuff isn't working?
