First, see if there is an option similar to "load at startup" in the
corresponding application(s). If so, uncheck the option. Secondly, you may

How can I know which items to eliminate from my start up menu. I opened it
up
and every program on my computer is checked to start at start up. I know
that
not all are nessecary for the computer to run. So which ones can I remove
and
not do any harm, so my computer will boot up a little faster.
