If there were a known fix for the error, it would instead have told you it's
'event id' and would possibly have shown a link to the known fix. In your
case, this did not happen, and the fault has not yet been identified, at
least in your case.
I suggest looking for a filename in the Event Viewer error list.
start/run, type:
eventvwr
The time of the event will help you locate it.

Tete
There will be a matching Event Viewer Report at the same time having
Event ID: 1000. For advice please post a copy of that Report.
A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.
