Hi,
What dictates the size of the box and the text therewithin when right mouse
click?
...to expand..eg in Desktop, right click a jpg icon and then various options
appear within a box (preview, print, send to, etc)..the box and the text is
large...can I vary the size of box and text?

You can change the size of all menus, the right click drop box included.
Display app in Control Panel, Appearance, advanced button, "MENU" item drop
box, size
