I don't know how to istall my audio driver or don't know what to do. Could
someone please help?

If the audio is built into the motherboard then you should have a CD
that came with your machine that has various mother board drivers. If
the sound card is a "stand alone" card then you should have a CD that
came with the sound card. Start your computer and insert the correct
CD.

Go to Start> Help and Support> Select Hardware from the list on the lower
left. You will see a menu list including one that says something like, How
to install hardware.
You need to identify your audio device and download the drivers for the
device from the maufacuturers web site.

I have a application cd with multimedia software on it but I don't no what to
do, I can't find what I need. I also have a drivers and utilities cd?

Further to what Michael Stevens said go to
http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1?=en and
down load the Everest Home Edition, this is free for home use and will
identify the hardware in your computer.
Once you have identified the sound card you should be able to find the
drivers on your CD and run the install program.

Just note, that Everest is not free anymore. The file you download is a
trial version and is crippled in some features, but it will identify your
audio device in the trial version, but you can also find the information
from the Help and Support console without downloading Everest and then
installing a time limited trial version.
This is why I did not add this resource in my reply.
