Every time i try to install anything with windows installer, it says "Another
installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before
continuing this one." Why does it say that and how do i fix it?

I have the same problem. Have been on gateway support for my computer as
well as microsoft support. There is a Windows Installer Cleanup Utility
Download available from Microsoft.com for free but it did not fix mine. Best
