I am having probles installing the following Update:
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1
(KB928366). I have no problem downloading it.

What does Windows Server 2003 got to do with the problem that I am having?
Where does this Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 tie into this?

Windows 2003 server has nothing to do with the problem you're having. You
simply didn't pay attention to what the KB article said.

Windows 2003 server has nothing to do with the problem you're having. You
simply didn't pay attention to what the KB article said.
