IE7 Beta 2 Preview questions can be posted in
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general. But, remember that it's just in
Beta stage, and problems do occur. The suggestion below is given by MS, as
in case of every other Beta product:

Just installed IE7beta. Now my internet shortcuts are not working, although
they did for the 1st few days of my running IE7. Think there is any
