Not sure I fully understand your problem, as you saying that a Limited User
cannot go to the yahoo site and check their mail? If you are then I find
this strange as I have 20 XP computers which are regularly used to check
yahoo mail and they all run under a limited user.
If I have understood you correctly then I think it is a setting on your
computer rather than the fact it is a limited user account. Can you check
hotmail on the same account?
