- Links in Help and Support not working

Ive recently had to re-install Windows and now my help links in the index
are not working. I am using I.E 6 with SP2.
Help please !!!!

Take a look here.
Help and Support Center Index is blank with a Red X mark

Hi Bert
Many thanks for your time and help, I visited the page as you suggested and
re-registered the hhctrl.ocx key and still have the issue. Tried downloading
the
"Windows XP Patch: Enabling Applications to Access HTML Help in a New,
Restricted Mode" but it wont let me install it as it is older than what i
have. Do i need to uninstall my service patchsand if so which ones? Sorry if
i am missing something obvious !!!
