- Posted by Chris on February 21st, 2006
Hi,
I look for file name C: Document Settings...>Temporary Internet > IE6 in my
C driver. Very curious, as file named: Temporary Internet couldn’t be found
but able navigator through when it came to window browser/external export.
I use the command line to search for file, it failed to match any.
Is there any way can see my files which hidden in driver??
Thanks
Regards
Chris

Try this.
Start | Run | Paste this in the box:
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
Click OK.
You will probably have to click the Folders button on the Tool Bar.
Click: [+] Content.IE5
Click: Random named folders

If you type or paste the path into Start | Run, it doesn't matter whether or
not you have these..
Checked:
Display the contents of system folders
Show hidden files and folders
and
UNChecked:
Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
or not. The folders will display. They will not display if you try to
navigate through Windows Explorer.
