HI,hope someone can help...
Iv'e had problems during the last week to download and to use yahoo
games.
When downloads from limewire start they run at 117 kbs which is ok but
after about 3hrs they drop down to 3kbs,with yahoo games i can play for
about 3hrs then the connection isnt strong enough to carry on.
All virus and spyware and registry scans done and all ok.
Cookies and offline content deleted in interne options.Tried system
restore but after slow downloads it stays the same.I am connected to
the internet with supanet broadband which runs at 1.1mbs.After the
download problems i can still surf the net and there isnt any loss of
connection speed there.I havedone speedtest before and after the
problem and they both read 980kbs which is ok.The only way iv' got back
to good download speeds is to use the reload cd and start again from
scratch.but then again download speeds or using yahoo games only last
for about 3hrs then not enough power to carry on,i can still surf after
3hrs ok.
Iv'e rang my ISP and the phone company (bt)and they both say the
connection is ok.
