Hi Folks, I sure hope someone can help. I was cleaning my system when
after a re-boot I couldn't open any programs on my desktop. I
discovered that in order to open a program i had to right click and
choose "Run As" and from that menu de-select the option that says
"Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity".
Sometimes the program would run and sometimes I would get the
application error message. I had never seen these options before but
many programs work from there. System Restore says it was successfull
but nothing changed. I tried to start the system recovery program, but
no go, it says it starts but nothing happens. I need to wipe everything
out and start over. C prompt won't let me Format. HELP!!!!!
