I get an error message when I use McAfee Antivirus that one or more\
windows are open, and therefore it cannot work. ALL OF MY WINDOWS ARE
CLOSED. Should I delete this anti virus program and download and
install another AV program? If I s/ fix this program, how?

Have you tried checking the McAfee home page for know problems / support?

if that was no help you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the program
