after doing several security scans in safe mode, and booting up normally,
pages loading on my screen were incomplete in color and outline. the scroll
bars were almost invisible. their outlines were incomplete. my taskbar is
completely white. the top border of my screen is blue and green. those deep
blues, greens, reds, etc, are not there. i was in safe mode trying to clean a
possible rootkit detected by SpyWare Sweeper. has an infection gone further?
any thoughts/remedies??
