Everytime I open Outlook, it asks me for what profile to use, of which there
is only one. I put a check in the box to "use as default" and still I am
asked over and over when I start outlook.
Version : 11.6359.6408 SP1 (SP2 Fails to install everytime)
Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 for Teachers and Students.

So I got 2 questions. How do I make Outlook accept the fact that the one I
selece IS the default profile and not ask me again? And Why will SP2 fail
everytime I try to install it form Microsoft Update? I got the CD it askes
for. By the way my wife also has it installed on her laptop and it donloaded
SP2 just fine and installed like it should. They were installed the same way
but mine fails.
