I have mistakenly downloaded this fullfile-enu onto my computer and now it
won't install itself and I can't open any of my Excel documents without it
trying to install itself and then giving me an error message. I've tried
restoring the computer, but it refuses to recognize any changes. HELP!

This could be of some help:
"Installation unsuccessful" error message when you try to install Office XP
SP3 from the Office Update Web site

You can order the Office XP professional CD
http://www.microsoft.com/office/edit...nfo/trial.mspx
Or do a search on e-Bay for a second hand CD.

I did this and got the following message:
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk
that is not available.
Insert the 'Microsoft Office XP Professional' dist and click OK
I don't have this disk. My computer was set up with a licence from my last
employer who gave me this computer and software as part of my severance
package.
Now what do I do. I need this for the small business I've started and can't
use Excell anymore after an automatic update.

The root of the problem is that I'm not running Office XP on my computer, so
how do I get this Office XP update off my hard drive so I can use my other
office programs. I'm stuck and I realize that there is no uninstall option
on this update, so what are my options?
