When I sign on my screen gets all wacked out in colors and is distorted. Two
weeks ago my msn got corrupt and I had to uninstall it. Now I installed a
new CD and I am still having this problem. Help and support says it's a
Microsoft online crash. Does not know how to solve it?????? HELP
