- "Open With" option has disappeared from right-click menu.

Right click option on a document or picture normally opens a menu that
includes an "Open with" line to chose an alternate program that you might
wish to open an item with. This has disappeared, and all I get is the "Open"
option with no way to choose to open an item with an alternate program. How
do I restore ? Using fully patched XP Home
