Outlook 2003 - Add E-mail Accounts
Posted by shevi on March 6th, 2006

Hello..

I use outlook 2003. And i have added 3 e-mail accounts.. But the only
problem is when i go to check my e-mails, it downloads all e-mails to one
inbox. I want to have seperate inbox for each e-mail account..

How can i do it??

Thank you.

You cannot.

If you would like to have it setup differently, the only way is to create a
new Windows User account, log off and switch user and then Outlook will be
specific for that user. If you have 3 email accounts, then you will have to
create 2 additional Windows User Accounts.

Another option if you do not want to create another user account would be to
use Outlook Express.
Outlook Express will let you setup multiple emails account identities and
you can switch between them keeping the email seperate. One drawback to this
setup for you is that Outlook 2003 is much better and has a Junk Mail filter
built in. One advantage though is that you can all 3 setup in one program.

Hope this helps

Create the inboxes ("User A inbox", "User B inbox" etc). Then create a
rule that says if it received to User A account move the message to User A
inbox. Then do the same for each of the other accounts.
