- outlook ERROR - The application was unable to open Outlook Express

Hi, I just tried to open out look express and the following error caem up:
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open
the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or
your disk is full. Contact Microaoft support for further assistance.
(0x800C0131,5)
Can any body help me please.
