- outlook express error message--new install

I'm using Outlook Express for my Newsreader...and that's all I'm using it
for. In the last day I suddenly started recieving this error message:
Any idea how to fix this?

You can fix by doing this from Internet Explorer:
Tools, internet Options
Under Browsing make sure you have checked/ticked Disable Script Debugging
Internet Explorer)
Disable Script Debugging (other)
Click OK

Well, dern it that didn't work--I already had those options checked.
