After installing the latest updates for windows xp my outlook express and
internet explorer upon exit exits and shuts down properly. The problem is
that both programs switch themselves to work offline and inturrept other
programs with the reconnect box and sometimes shut the other programs down to
show this dialog box. Are there any fixes for this?
