Outlook problems

outlook freezes every one and so often, even when there is nothing
else open. it will either freeze or say outlook.exe has encountered a
problem and needs to close. i checked for virues created a new outlook
profile ran scanpst.exe reinstalled outlook then i uninstalled office
then deleted the office folder in program files. and still nothing, i
also try to disabling using word 2003 as an email editor. and after
all that i got the same thing i have office 2003 running on windows xp
pro with service pack 2. does anyone have any other ideas?

Does Event Viewer give any hints?
Does anything else cause similar issues?
Have you updated vid drivers from winupdate?
What is the polling interval set in OL? less than 10 mins can cause resource
issues
