You may have a corrupt 'profile' for Outlook. I would try creating a new one,
and Import the old one, and all your current settings into it. See the
Outlook help on 'profile' and 'import'

Hi Mark, i don't now exactly what you meen whit profile and import because of
the translation from englisch to dutch. If you mean under the menu Help --->
The fourth choise under making contact, i've tried that. If i translate this
leterley it sais anylise and recover, but i don't now if the englisch version
has other names for this, for instans what you said ----> profile and import.

Outlook e-mail profile: A profile is what Outlook uses to remember the
e-mail accounts and the settings that tell Outlook where your e-mail is
stored.
