I have the referenced Palm product. When I downloaded Windows SP2, it created
a conflict with the Palm Software so that everytime I attempt a hotsync, I
receive a message that says "Smart Heap Library." Palm advised me that I
needed to resolve the conflict before I can correct the Palm software
problem. Does anyone know what to do? Help! Thanks and Happy Holidays!
