- password for help and support trouble shooter

a friend has been given a computer that has windows xp professional installed
on it and the modem is not being detected when he tries to run the help and
support trouble shooter it asks for a password and the person that gave him
the computer has never used the help and support so he does not know what the
password is how can i get a password if i don't know what it is in order to
change the password what do i need to do please help

To access XP Pro if you have lost the password:
At the login screen, press Ctrl | Alt | Del twice quickly.
Type "Administrator" and leave password blank.

When it asks for password , just press enter . ( Can you also use
grammar and just not one long sentence ?)
