I'm trying to put blueyonder pc guard on my computer but it says there is an
error 1935 go to help and support HRESULT 0x80070002. When I push ok it comes
up with ERROR 1603 Fatal error during instalation consult windows Installer
Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more infomation. I have been through and tried
what it says about going to prompt and typing in msi and all the other things
it said but I am way out of my depth, can anyone help me in simple terms.

It has been my experience that any software like this that is provided by
your ISP is not very good.
If you must install it, try installing it in "safe mode"
