Years ago when the command line was in command, I had a very effective
little prog which logged when users logged in and what programs they
used and for how long. Nowadays my searches only seem to bring up
those sneaky keylogger things.

Any ideas for tweaking Win 2000 and XP to log users' actions or know
of any such 3rd party utilities to do this, please?
