Installing Yahoo has what to do with not being able to use system restore.
Or, do you mean that you just "don't" want to use it.

I have a picture that is laying over my desktop image. I cannot get rid of
the image. A system restore cannot be performed because I installed Yahoo
after the image problem arose.
Does anyone know how to delete this picture? I cannot find it in any files.
