- problem with shared printer
- Posted by North Coast Sea Foods on March 25th, 2008
Using XP Professional SP2 - in a work group on the network.
When I logon as the Administrator, I can use the shared printer ok.
When I logon as a LIMITED user, I keep getting printer proprities cannot be
deisplayed ..... etc.
When I go to the network via Windows Explorer and connect by logging on as
the Administrator and then "Connect" the shared printer - it works ok for
the limited user, until they log off?
I have looked at the security and have given permissions to Everyone?
Any thoughts and solutions - greatly appreciated.
thx
