I have a problem with reinstalling Winfax 10. When I insert the disk and run
it a pop-up appears "Winfax has found an earlier version of Winfax on this
machine. Please uninstall the current version of Winfax before installing the
new version.

On looking in add/ remove programs, the programme isn't listed, but a search
on " C" reveals two folders.

1.Winfax - backup files - (empty)
2.Winfax.dll - (application extention...)

I deleted the above files and tried to reinstall, with the same result ,
whereupon I reinstated the above files, leaving me in the same position as
before.

Anybody got any ideas ?
