Reloaded program and added (reloaded) MS files program manufacturer
suggested. Still doesn't work.

For 6 months, program opened fine from my user account. Now I can't open
from my user account (tried double-clicking icon on desktop, from start menu
and even from .exe file), but program does open from other user accounts and
even from guest account. Is there someway to re-establish the program's
functioning in my user account?
