Can someone help me with this please ?

On certain menus the text shown is in Arabic.

eg when I go into

My network Places

on the left hand menu It says

(icon) Add Network Place
(icon) View Network Connections
(icon) this text is all in arabic or hebrew
(Icon) Search Active directory
(icon) this text is all in arabic or hebrew


This appears to be random in different menus on my PC

I have run a virus checker and all appears fine

I have checked reginal language/settings and again is fine

any ideas Please ?
