- Recovery Console

I have an emachines M6811 running XP Home. The machine has no floppy drive.
The recovery disk doesn't include the Recovery Console.
How can I get the Recovery Console so that it is installed on my hard drive,
which it isn't?

require I use floppies and I can't. Are you saying that I can download the
Recovery Console directly onto my hard drive from the site you recommended
