I have a Dell Inspiron 4150 running XP Home. When I attempt to use "Ask a
friend to help" in Remote Assistance, I get the message "Cannot display the
page". I have noticed a similar issue another Dell user experienced, but
after 14 posts there was no resolution. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but that was the first thing I checked. I can't even get to the point
where this would be a factor. Any other ideas.
