- Removing "Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar" during startup

I have - in error - instigated the "Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar" during
startup of my user ID. Can anyone please tell me hiw to stop this during
startup?
I am using Windows XP with Office 2000 and am the main user of the PC
