Right Click Drag to Folder Create Shortcut seems to create "copy" with
no Arrow in Icon.
I'm trying to create a shortcut to a folder, not a file.
If I create the shortcut in the same folder as the folder is in, it
will be a true shortcut with the arrow in the icon.
Sometimes if I right click, drag, create shortcut to a new folder it
seems to create a copy of the folder with the icon that I have
customized for the folder, but there is no arrow in it, and it seems
like a folder with the same name not a shortcut.
