- safe to remove malware found in reg keys?

ad-aware(free version) scan results say there are 9 "critical objects"
(malware), 5 of them are registry keys. what should i do?

delete them but save them i think it gives you the oprtunetie to save the
deleted files, after you save and delete them reboot the machine and see if
anything happens.

It gives you the choice to quarantine as well as deleting, meaning, the
files are sent to quarantine, effectively removing them from your registry,
but should you find removing them caused a problem in your operating system,
you can restore them from quarantine.
