My computer has had a few problems lately where every time i switched it on
it closed down windows because of an errror on a non-paged area. This is now
sorted but i have a two account both of which have computer administrator
capabilities but on the second one it wont let me save settings like the
theme or background. This has only happened since i solved the problem, how
can i get it to save settings?
